- Cereals available are typically Weetbix, Rice Crispies, All Bran Flakes etc with milk and sugar. Seasonal small fruits might or might not be available.
- Bread or Toast. Either home made or sliced bread available with farm butter, preserves, honey or syrup, cheese & jams
- Fresh seasonal fruit
- Yoghurt 
- Baked, fried or scrambled eggs with fried tomatoes 
- Bacon and or breakfast skewers
